The British branch of the news medium Metro reports about Will Roberts, who lives in Llandudno, and came across a group of mountain goats while cycling. “I was on my way to work and around 8 in the morning saw the group of goats walking with determination on Primark,” he says. Roberts thought he was used to the horned visitors, but continues to be amazed at the places where they manage to turn up. “Every place is crazier than the other.”

In the lockdown of last year’s spring, the goats managed to make themselves notorious worldwide, as they took over traffic at the time. At the second lockdown, it was time for the goats to find more adventure: they decided to ‘check in’ at a local hotel.

Before the pandemic, the animals regularly showed up on the grasslands of the Great Orme, but now the 120-headed goat army is a frequent home in the Welsh coastal town.
