The first weekend of the new DEL2 season is already history. Today the wolf pack gets the next opportunity to win the first time this season.
With the Ravensburg Towerstars, none other than ex-Wölfe coach Peter Russell is returning to his old place of work. With him too, in the person of Georgiy Saakyan and Enrico Salvarani, two players who wore the jersey of our EHC Freiburg last season.
The Towerstars won their opening game at ESV Kaufbeuren 2: 4. At the home premiere, however, it was a 3: 4 overtime defeat against the Heilbronner Falken. The best player among the guests is currently Vincenz Mayer, who claims the gold helmet for himself with two goals and two assists.
