Dubai: An e-football tournament organized to promote sportsmanship among prisoners has concluded. 165 inmates of various jails participated in the tournament which was held as part of ‘Positive Spirit’ initiative. Director General Department of Punitive and Correctional Establishments Brigadier Marwan Abdul Karim Jalfar gave away the prizes to the winners. He also stated that such sports competitions are organized to support the welfare of prisoners.
