Around 2 pm on May 10, when tourists were bathing at Mo stream (Phu Loc district, Thua Thien Hue), suddenly heavy rain appeared, flood water poured from upstream.

When the floodwaters were discovered, the people working here warned and urged people to run to the stalls of the shops to avoid shelter.
When the water is very high, this area is isolated, visitors are advised to avoid moving to ensure safety, waiting for the flood water to recede.
“It rained for about half an hour, then the flood water poured in. The flood water rose very quickly and flowed so we were very worried because there was no way to go out,” said Ms. Huong Lan, a person present here.

Mr. Phan Cong Man, Chairman of Phu Loc District People’s Committee said: “Now the water has receded. The flash floods caused water to overflow through the stalls, but not affect people and property”.
