For our TUI travel agency at Goldbacher Str. 1 in Aschaffenburg, we are looking for a tourism clerk (m/f/d) full-time (38.5 hours/week) as of December 1st, 2024.
YOUR TASKS:
- Advise and support our customers in planning and organizing their best weeks of the year and make dream holidays come true
- Sell travel and other tourism services from our extensive product portfolio
- Win new customers for our products & services and inspire our numerous regular customers to travel with TUI again
- Support our unique team in all travel agency activities
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed training as a travel agent or tourism agent (m/f/d) or a similar qualification in the tourism or commercial sector
- Professional experience in a travel agency is an advantage, but career starters with a passion for travel and sales talent are also welcome
- Technical, product and destination knowledge as well as user knowledge in dealing with reservation and booking systems is an advantage
- Communicative, committed personality with a strong team spirit
- Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
