The day after the team time trial, the Tour of Spain will experience its first online stage. The race of the day connects Mataró to Barcelona and to follow live video (from 2:50 p.m.) in the company of Rodrigo Beenkens et Gerard Bulens on La Une, Auvio and www.rtbf.be/sport and live commentary.
The 182 kilometers will be punctuated by three climbs. The Coll de Sant Bartomeu (3rd category) and Coll d’Estenalles (2nd category) are positioned in the first half of the stage. The ascent of the Castell de Montjuic (3rd category) could dynamite the final. The last kilometers are far from new for runners. This final is often used in the Tour of Catalonia. Remco Evenepoel stood out in front of Primoz Roglic last March.
