On the Zhong’an Bridge in Xindian District, New Taipei City this morning (17th), a tour bus drove on the ramp in the opposite direction, suspected of being unfamiliar with the local road conditions. After driving about 100 meters, it almost collided with a small truck that was following the direction. The passenger car also braked urgently. The driver was so frightened that he uttered obscenities on the spot. Later, he posted the driving recorder screen on the Internet, attracting many netizens to call it “exaggerated”! The Xindian Police Sub-bureau in the jurisdiction has consulted the monitor of the road section and issued fines according to law after finding out the violating vehicles.

According to the video of the netizen’s driving recorder, when passing the Zhong’an Bridge at about 10:00 this morning, a tour bus appeared out of thin air from the bend and appeared in the inner lane, and almost collided with the small truck. A collision occurred, but the driver behind was frightened by the sudden situation in front of him, uttered obscenities in a hurry, and even wondered, “Did I drive the wrong way?” Fortunately, it did not cause trouble.

The Xindian branch said that it has not received relevant reports so far, but the police have taken the initiative to review the surveillance images of the road section after learning about it, and found out that the tourist bus was driving illegally, and notified the case to report in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulations.
