The Cité de l’Espace is a must for tourism in Toulouse. And to prolong the pleasure after dark, the place maintains the magic for special Nocturnes!
Six Thursdays in the summer
Every Thursday and six times, from July 15 to August 19, 2021, the Cité de l’Espace offers “original activities, with continuous exhibitions, films and shows as well as a unique atmosphere for the site”.
Among these activities, we can cite the observation of the sky thanks to the telescopes deployed for the occasion, the lighting of the gardens, but also fireworks and a mapping on the rocket.
L’expo « Mission Alpha »
Among the usual highlights of the City, currently, are notably l’expo immersive « Mission Alpha » on Thomas Pesquet’s adventures in space. The goal: to allow the general public to continuously follow all the highlights of the mission and to understand the challenges. With a realistic decor corresponding to the codes of a real control room!
Beyond these Nocturnes, the Cité de l’Espace invites you to another highlight in the evening: the 30e Night of the Stars, scheduled for Friday August 6, 2021
Nocturnes at the Cité de l’Espace, every Thursday from July 15 to August 19, until 11 p.m. Avenue Jean-Gonord.
Prices: from 23.50 to 26 euros (from 18 to 19.50 euros for young people aged 5 to 18) the day + night ticket. Half-price from 7 p.m. for the Nocturne.
