A spectacular site is hidden behind the surrounding wall of the CHU Purpan, avenue de Grande-Bretagne. The southern entrance to the Hospital Center, via Professor Dausset Avenue, is the scene of a vast restructuring project, with hospital-related equipment as well as housing, offices, shops, restaurant and parking.
Behind the blind wall of the hospital on Avenue de Grande-Bretagne, a large hole has replaced several demolished buildings. We discover it from the current Covid screening center, near the imposing Dieulafoy building. The site, spectacular, accommodates many trucks and machines, it is dominated by a high crane.
