The third place in Ligue 2 and the failure against Nantes at the access barriers got the better of Patrice Garande. The Toulouse coach was dismissed by the TFC after missing the rise in Ligue 1. The former coach of Caen had joined the club almost a year ago to the day, after the descent into the second division. In addition to Garande, the Violets also separate from his deputy Jean-Marie Huriez.
