The scene takes place in broad daylight, at Toulouse, Saturday March 20, 2021. Shortly after 1 pm, a municipal police crew is called to intervene while an individual is assaulting passers-by “For no apparent reason”.
In possession of a tear gas canister
Video Protection is used to direct the municipal police officers towards the aggressor at the level of the rue du Rempart St Etienne, not far from the metro François Verdier. The municipal police officers finally manage to apprehend him. He is in possession of a pepper spray.
Outrages and death threats
After having wiped many insults and death threats, the municipal police took the 33-year-old man to the police station, where he was placed in custody. Complaints were lodged by the municipal police.
