Almost 10,000 m2
The three buildings that stand on the Place de l’Europe will drastically transform the one that was the largest public square in the Pink City, the equivalent of two squares in the Capitol.
The future Ynov digital campus and the former barracks and its two extensions under construction on the square which will house the Student Hotel and its some 350 rooms and studios intended to accommodate students in winter and tourists in summer, will occupy half of the 20 000 m2 of the square. Leaving him a little over 10,000 m2. These buildings which frame the Place de l’Europe will revitalize this (large) space left vacant for many years.
