To develop limited land in the ZAC des Ramassiers, straddling the cities of Colomiers and Toulouse, near the railways and the bus station, they used the concept of troglodyte houses. The Respiration residence, with its 86 apartments, is supported by a kind of wooded mound that protects against noise and visual pollution. The Pyramides d’Argent jury, a sort of Oscar for private real estate development, awarded the Regional Grand Prize to this Respiration residence, which will represent the region nationally.
