It is a moment awaited by all lovers of Toulouse stadium.
On Saturday June 26, 2021, a moment of celebration will take place between the players and their supporters, in the city center of Toulouse, in order to celebrate the Champions Cup title and maybe even (fingers crossed!) another victory in Top 14 (Toulouse defy La Rochelle in the final, Friday evening, editor’s note).
Here is what is planned for Saturday in Toulouse and the safety device that has been retained.
A bus parade on the Jean-Jaurès alleys
This year, it is not Place du Capitole that Red and Black aficionados will gather. Saturday June 26, 2021, from 4 p.m., a double-decker bus parade is planned on the Jean-Jaurès alleys so that the players can greet the public.
“The bus will descend and then go up the renovated Jean Jaurès alleys. They make it possible to host popular events and beautiful moments of sharing, and will be the place of these reunions between the Stadium and the Toulouse residents ”, specify the prefecture and the town hall of Toulouse in a joint press release released Thursday evening.
“A dynamic pedestrian circulation system”
The two institutions add: “In order to allow this moment of communion between the players and the Toulouse residents takes place in the best safety conditions, a dynamic system of pedestrian circulation will be put in place ”.
To do this :
- parking will be prohibited on allées Jean-Jaurès from June 25 at 2 p.m.
- the Marengo and Jean Jaurès car parks will be closed from 10 a.m. on June 26 until the end of the event;
- the Jean Jaurès metro station will be closed for the duration of the parade;
- in general, car traffic will be disrupted, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and prohibited
in the sector defined in the appendix * (see box below, editor’s note). People going there are invited to anticipate their trip.

While a large crowd will be gathered, the prefecture and the town hall insist on wearing a mask, which will be compulsory in this area.

All supporters of Stade Toulousain are invited to respect barrier gestures.
Let’s celebrate the success of Stade Toulousain together and in complete safety. “
