Coming out of his job that evening, this 28-year-old boy took the tram at Georges Brassens station around 10:30 p.m. In the train, three visibly alcoholic individuals came to demand accountability. He wanted his backpack. The victim took several hits, avoided being hit with a bottle, and saw her attackers disappear with their belongings at the next stop.

With the support of surveillance cameras, the departmental security police identified the attackers, a 40-year-old man and his 15-year-old son, as well as a 25-year-old individual. In police custody, the two elders admitted to having acted under the influence of alcohol.
Presented to the prosecution, the two adults should be very quickly judged by the criminal court in the context of immediate appearances. The minor was indicted on Thursday by a children’s judge.
