Toulon and Grasse cling, Martigues and GOAL FC already ahead

Martigues and GOAL FC wereted no time. Formerly called MDA Foot, the formation trained by Cris easily won this Saturday, on the occasion of the first day of Group C of National 2. The former defender of Olympique Lyonnais and his band, who played the leading roles last season, took place against Marignane-Gignac (3-0). Also well placed last year, Martigues welcomed in his own way the promoted Rumilly (3-1). The two teams therefore already occupy the first places in the pool.

Postponement due to Covid

In the race to climb to National a few months ago, Grasse hosted a big piece with the Sporting Club de Toulon. Descended from the upper floor, the Var club has brought back a good point of its trip to the Alpes-Maritimes (1-1). Louhans-Cuiseaux, also concerned by the accession to the third hexagonal division last year, was surprised in the Principality by the reserve of AS Monaco (2-1). On the side of the B teams, Lyon could not take the three points against Fréjus (1-1), while Marseille was beaten in Hyères (2-1).
