From September 5 to 8, 2024, Burgas will once again welcome you with delicious sea delights, music, dancing and lots of fun, because the traditional Fish and Wine Festival is back for four unforgettable days!
This year, in its fifth edition, the festival will welcome over 200 artists and participants who will transform the seaside town into a real fiesta of tastes and sounds.
Among the star performers who will take care of the good mood of the audience are Veselin Marinov, Guna Ivanova, Rewind group! with Vlado Mihailov, the Burgas formation Hot Sand, the City Wind Orchestra, the Vivo Montana Orchestra. And this year the festival will welcome foreign participants.
On September 5, the Ukrainian duo “Miss Diki & Co” will take the stage, on September 7 we will listen to Mahrez Hachemi’s band from Algeria, and Saturday night will be dedicated to Greek music and Dimitris Papadopoulos and his band.
In addition to the rich musical program, visitors to the Fish and Wine Festival will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious seafood delights prepared on site by some of the best culinary masters. For wine lovers, special offers have been selected from emblematic wineries along the Black Sea, which will add an unforgettable taste to the culinary experience.
Traditionally, the contest for “Tastiest fish soup” will take place within the framework of the festival. All establishments and home craftsmen who believe they make the best fish soup in Burgas can apply!
If you want to participate in the competition, you need to declare your participation at [email protected] and on the Facebook event page. A special jury will evaluate the proposals and award the winning recipe with a prize.
Within the framework of the festival, we will also attend a paella-making demonstration by Nikolay Todorov – Nick, Bulgarian representative and finalist at the World Championship in Valencia, Spain in September.
The festival will also offer many more surprises – summer cinema, attractive show programs and unforgettable moments for young and old.
A children’s zone will offer many activities and games for the youngest festival visitors. And this year, the festival area will be located in Primorski Park, in front of the Flora Expo Center – the ideal place to meet friends and make new acquaintances.
