“Unfortunately, football is a rollercoaster. I need to spend some time off the field to deal with my thoughts. See you in the New Year, dear Spurs fans. I promise you that I will come back better and stronger,” Maddison wrote on his Instagram page.
Let us remind you that the 26-year-old football player suffered an ankle injury in the Premier League match with Chelsea (1:4).
