Tottenham Hotspur turned the tables on its guest, Luton Town, and defeated it, 2-1, in the 30th round of the English Football League.
Luton Town took the lead with an early goal, scored by Tahit Chong after three minutes, while Tottenham scored two goals in the second half, equalizing with an own goal scored by Luton Town defender Issa Kabore by mistake in the 51st minute, while Seon Heung-min secured the second goal in the 86th minute.
Tottenham raised its score to 56 points, temporarily jumping to fourth place, while Luton Town’s score froze at 22 points in eighteenth place.
At the same time, Chelsea fell into a draw at home against Burnley, 2-2, in a match that the visitors completed with ten players, after the player Lorenz Asignon was sent off in the 43rd minute.
Cole Palmer scored Chelsea’s goals in the 44th and 78th minutes, while Joshua Cullen and Dara O’Shea scored Burnley’s goals in the 47th and 81st minutes.
Chelsea continued to suffer a loss of points, as it remained in eleventh place with 40 points, while Burnley snatched a valuable draw with the taste of victory, raising its score to 18 points in nineteenth place (penultimate).
