The other nominees are Fyre, FO and Djaany. At last year’s event, Toto won the honorary Song of the Year award in a duet with Marianoff. On March 23, for the 11th year in a row, 359 Hip-Hop will hand out its star statuettes, and for the finale of the ceremony, the organizers promise a spectacular concert with over 20 artists and the best of the Bulgarian hip-hop underground and mainstream scene, reports “Telegraph”. .

In the “Best Group” category, SkandaU are the favorites. Toto and Lacho are among the few who walk away with several prizes from the hip-hop awards each year. For four years in a row, they are the best group in the ranking. In 2019 and 2020, they also receive special prizes for the best hip-hop tour of the year and online concert of the year. As in 2019, the performers left with as many as three awards. The name of one of the fastest growing bands in our country – “Molets” – also stands out in the category.
Behind her are Chris Makarov and Julian Slavchev, who literally blew up the charts with a style that is little known in our country. In the competition with “SkandaU” and “Molets” for the best group also enter “Urban legends”, Peyotoff & Volen, RDMK. In the Song of the Year category, we see the names again of “SkandaU” and “Molets”, respectively with the tracks “Znam Li” and “7 Days”. The other nominated tracks are “No Ice” by Djaany, Paralia by Virgo, 2Bona, Fyre, Emil Trf and “Deputata Hristo” by Itso Hazard.

The category for Best RNB Artist is split into two – male and female. For men, the names of Bozhydar, Venzy, Moreno, Robbie Nikolov and the star who rose next to his favorite rapper Toto – Marianoff. All teenagers’ favorite twins Alex and Vladi are among the nominees in the female group. They will compete with Mila Robert, Peeva, K.Lina, Galina&Raya.

This year’s glamorous event will be hosted by Deo and DJ Cass. Winners are determined by audience vote. Fans can vote on the awards site. This year, the organizers add a new category – “Lyrics/Text of the Year”, in which again “SkandaU” with the song “Znam li”, Itso Hazarda – “Deputata Hristo”, “Molets” – “7 days”, MD BEDDAH are nominated again – “Full Moon”, and Atila x Worst – “High”. The other categories this year are Best Video Underground, Best Video Mainstream, Best Beatmaker Mainstream, Best Beatmaker Underground, Best Director, Best MC, “Best Album” and “Best Debut”.
100 kilos in just one category
This year, the rapper 100 Kila is nominated in only one category – for “Best Hip-Hop Collaboration” for his duet partners ANDYTO, GOLEMIA GOODSLAV, 2 LICA for the track KMEB. Their other rivals are Djaany, Secta, Fyre, Bliznacite, Milioni, Pamela for the song “Heat”, Virgo, Mom4eto, Boro Parvi, Fyre, Dim4ou, Emil TRF for “Who Lied You”, Marso x Bobkata, Pameca, Dimoff, Mitrevv , Kita, Shunaka for “Behind the Block” and Homelesz, Fyre, Trayan for “Number 1”. Virgo and his competition the Murda Boyz are on the “Best Trap Artist” chart. The other three who will compete for the prize are Mom4eto, Bobo Armani and Milioni.
