French oil and gasoline giant TotalEnergies has so significantly saved most of its holdings in Russia, as opposed to numerous other Western firms. But after a key dispute, TotalEnergies is now advertising its 49% stake in the Terneftegaz joint enterprise. The consumer is Novatek, the Russian fuel company that owned the remaining 51% of that joint enterprise. So much, the two firms have jointly managed the Termokarstovoye gas and hydrocarbon area in Siberia, Russia.
