Following the press release it had issued on February 6, 2020 relating to the procedure against several distributors, concerning possible anti-competitive practices on the hydrocarbon distribution market in the country, Total Energies Marketing Maroc, a company listed on the values of Casablanca, informs in a communication on August 3 that the Competition Council has decided to refer the file to the investigation and that following this referral, Total Energies Marketing Morocco received a statement of grievances from of the Competition Council.
TotalEnergies Marketing Maroc cooperates fully with the investigation services of the Competition Council and prepares the appropriate response elements.
In its press release, TotalEnergies Marketing Morocco reaffirms its attachment to the rules of competition law, in accordance with its Code of Conduct.
