Totality Wings (Buffalo, Nueva York): “Wing King” Drew Cerza plays to Buffalo’s strengths, bringing New York food personality to his aliases in “Totality Wings,” an eclipse-inspired dish offering two classic flavors, each chicken wing topped with mustard with Weber honey, and with a dark barbecue sauce.
Cosmic Cookies (Syracuse, New York and Dallas, Texas) Syracuse bakery Cathy’s Cookie Kitchen features a dark and light chocolate creation, playing with a buttercream sun and a chocolate shadow.
Dark and Light Chocolate (Rochester, New York) Laughing Gull Chocolates of Rochester offers products in shades of white and dark in their eclipse collection. The store offers a chocolate duo in its entirety, as well as bars printed with eclipse art.
Sun and Moon Pancakes (Niagara Falls, New York), the Marketside restaurant in Niagara Falls, offers a standard short meal, with chocolate pancake, which determines the duration of totality of the eclipse.
Celestial Shells (Buffalo, New York) eclipse takes the form of special conchas: it offers a sweet and crunchy Mexican bread. A creation, in which the sun is also represented in the pastry cream filling, which barely peeks out from the inside of a dark craquelin made of corn leaf ash.
