SERAMBINEWS.COM, LHOKSEUMAWE – In 2021, according to astronomy, there will be four eclipses, namely two solar eclipses and two lunar eclipses.

Of the four eclipses, only one eclipse can be witnessed in Aceh, namely the total lunar eclipse.

Where the total lunar eclipse will occur on May 26, 2021 or two more days.

The Head of the Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Branch of Lhokseumawe City, Tgk M Rizwan H Ali MA, told Serambinews.com, Saturday (22/5/2021), explaining that the total lunar eclipse in 2021 is expected to occur on May 26.

This event is a natural event that shows the greatness of Allah SWT.

Therefore, Islam provides guidance to its people in responding to these natural events in the form of worship.

Imam al-Ghazali mentioned in his treatise Hilmah fi al-Makhluqatillah (Hilmah Creation of God’s Creatures) that there is a lot of wisdom in the creation of the sun, moon and the entire universe.
