Tori Spelling (50) is divorcing her husband Dean McDermott after eighteen years. It was equally well known that the love between the two was over after eighteen years. But legally the case had not yet been settled.
That can now happen and Spelling immediately puts her tough demands on the table. She wants the actor to provide the necessary alimony and physical custody of their five minor children. He would have visiting rights. It is still unclear how much money the divorce will cost McDermott, because it is not known whether the two were married under prenuptial agreements.

It appears that the two are now at odds with each other with sharpened blades, although last summer it was said that they would “go their separate ways, but with respect for each other.” The court documents indicate “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce. McDermott’s drinking addiction in particular was the cause of the break. Last fall he went to rehab for seven weeks and has since lived in a home where he continues to receive guidance.
Spelling became known in Flanders in the 1990s as Donna in the popular series Beverly Hills 90210, which attracted 1 million viewers every week on VTM. Spelling is the daughter of TV producer Aaron Spelling, who created the series.(tove)
