An exceptional and friendly blood drive will take place on Friday 1 is October at the C2 Cultural Center in Torcy from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. by appointment, organized by the Rotary Club of Creusot in collaboration with the establishment Français du Sang and the Amicale pour le Don de Sang Bénévole in Le Creusot and the Surroundings.
The objective of this collection is to encourage the population to come and donate blood either for the first time or by returning to donation. The current period is very difficult in terms of reserves of blood products currently considered very fragile.
A major promotional campaign led by Rotary and ADSB is currently being deployed in our territory with the support of the towns of Torcy, Le Creusot and Breuil, the primary schools and associations of Torcy and the University Campus. Distributions of flyers will be set up with the collaboration of the Intermarché du Creusot brand on Friday and Saturday 24 and 25 September.
The stake is major, 120 meetings were opened on the site of the EFS: mon-rdv-dondesang.efs.sante.fr (search the city of Torcy).
The health pass is not necessary to access a collection point and the covid19 vaccination does not require any delay to donate blood.
Note that the Rotary Club of Le Creusot provides financial support for this fundraising by handing over a check in the amount of € 500, for a friendly snack.
