“If the child is not obese, there are these tips: 5210,” said the doctor who studies children’s endocrine at the “Let’s Talk About Obesity & Health” event on Tuesday, March 5 2024 in Jakarta.

What is 5210?

Aman explains that 5210 is:eat fruit and vegetables 5 times a day, do not sit more than 2 hours, doing sports 1 hours per day and 0 What is meant is that if a child is obese then he is not allowed to eat sugar or added sugar.

In detail, Aman explained about eating fruit and vegetables 5 times a day, namely in the morning children eat fruit, in the afternoon they eat fruit and vegetables again, then at dinner there are vegetables and cover with fruit.

Then, what is meant by 2 is not sitting for more than 2 hours.

“2, that cannot sit for more than 2 hours per day,” he said. But this does not happen at school or in the car.

If your child has to do homework that requires him to sit for a long time, Aman suggests taking the time to go for a walk in between doing his homework.

“So if he sits down, for example he does homework for an hour, after that he has to walk again.”
