Find relaxation that you look forward to every time. Like reading a book or maybe writing it. Literature that you can completely lose yourself in. Move enough. Go to the gym so that, in addition to exercise, you also make social contacts outside of work. Do a combination of strength training and cardio to strengthen your entire body. Stimulate your brain in a different way by doing something creative. Something that has nothing to do with your work as a healthcare professional. Go paint or draw. Sign up for a jewelry making workshop. Photographing in nature is also a relaxing activity. Write off the tensions. This is in line with tip 1 but is a bit more direct and confrontational. It teaches you to be aware of your own mental needs. Write in a diary what you experience and feel. Know your limits and guard these limits. Agree with yourself how far you want to go when it comes to peak loads, without your work suffering. Do you need peace and quiet after work, for example because you are highly sensitive? So take this rest and leave that drink with your colleagues for what it is. An open door for a healthcare professional; but eat and drink healthy.
