Description
As a business transformation specialist you will be responsible for leading and managing major changes within the Commercial Excellence organization to facilitate and adapt to market conditions or improve performance. This role will be placed in the Digital Customer Engagement structure including evaluating current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing strategies to achieve transformational goals.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing and evaluating the current state of the organization and identifying New Management processes
2. Develops and implements a vision, strategy, and roadmap for business transformation across the EMEA organization.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gain support and support for transformation initiatives
4. Leading cross-functional teams to implement transformation projects, including management models, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
5. Overseeing the change management process, ensuring effective communication and training programs are in place
6. Monitors and measures the impact of transformation initiatives and adjusts strategies as necessary
7. Responsible for one or more Therapeutic Areas from a digital customer engagement perspective
