PARIS, Aug 11 (Reuters) – Top stocks to watch on Friday on Wall Street, where major index futures suggest an opening up slightly for the Dow Jones .DJI, 0.09%, flat for Standard & Poor’s 500 .SPX and Nasdaq .IXIC down 0.12%: * AMEDISYS AMED.O – The home healthcare company was down 1.5% after the close after saying Thursday it received a requesting additional information about its $3.3 billion buyout by UNITEDHEALTH UNH.N from the US Department of Justice on August 4. * KKR KKR.N – Italy’s Treasury said on Thursday it had signed a preliminary deal with the investment fund, paving the way for the government to buy up to 20% of the company that will own the landline network from Telecom Italia TLIT.MI. KKR is discussing with TIM the acquisition of these businesses. * US-listed shares of Chinese companies fall after economic support measures disappointed. E-commerce groups ALIBABA BABA.N, JD.COM JD.O and PINDUODUO PDD.O lost 1.6% to 2.6% before the opening. * CANO HEALTH CANO.N – The healthcare provider said on Thursday it doubted it would still be in business within a year, sending the stock down 37.5% after the close. Cano also said it is looking for a buyer and plans to cut its workforce by 17% in the third quarter of 2023. * ARCHER AVIATION ACHR.K – The air taxi manufacturer climbed 31% after the close after announcing a capital investment of 215 million dollars and reached an agreement with BOEING BA.N and its Wisk air taxi unit to collaborate and settle a dispute between them.
