Top Scorers in the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League: Bellingham, Jesus, Méndez, Evanilson, and More!

Seven players lead the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League top scorers list with three goals. Jude Bellingham, Gabriel Jesus, Brais Méndez, Evanilson and Álvaro Morata joined Julián Álvarez and Rasmus Højlund on Matchday 3.

Porto’s Evanilson became the first player with a hat-trick in the current premier class in Porto’s 4-1 win against Antwerp, while Morata was successful for Atlético de Madrid in a 2-2 away draw against Celtic.

Bellingham, Jesus and Méndez have all scored in all three games so far. Bellingham scored the winning goal for Real Madrid against Braga and Méndez scored the only goal for Real Sociedad in the win against Benfica. Jesus’ goal was also important: he scored the decisive goal in Arsenal’s 2-1 win in Seville.

Álvarez came on as a substitute in City’s game in Leipzig and scored the important second goal in the 3-1 win. The Argentine scored twice in the 3-1 triumph over Red Star on Matchday 1.

The Danish youngster Højlund remained goalless on matchday 3, but was already on three goals after scoring both goals in the 2-3 home defeat against Galatasaray on matchday 2. He also scored in the 3-4 defeat at Bayern two weeks ago.
