“Mario vs. Donkey Kong”, which was released in its second week, once again took the first place this week with a sales volume of 27,113 units. The decline rate is only slightly more than 50%, which is one of the main reasons for its amazing sustainability.
Taking second place this week was the newly released game adaptation of the well-known longevity comic “Crayon Shin-chan: Noob of Coal Town”, which entered the second place with a sales volume of 21,593 units. However, compared with “Crayon Shin-chan and My Doctor’s Summer Vacation ~The Never-Ending Seven-Day Journey~”, which is said to be the direct predecessor of this game, it exceeded 100,000 units in its first week, a decline of nearly 80%. Moreover, the channel may order goods based on the performance of the previous product, so the digestibility is seriously insufficient, which should immediately cause strong inventory pressure on small stores.

In terms of consoles, the three models of the Nintendo Switch family sold a total of 50,886 units this week, a slight increase compared with last week, and once again reached 50,000 units.
