What we can afford is often very different from what we want to buy. Especially when it comes to real estate. The purchasing power of Latvian residents “on paper” is not the best, so sometimes, when driving past a village of more exclusive private houses, you just have to guess what the residents of these houses do on a daily basis in order to be able to afford such a purchase.
