During the holy month of Ramadan, investors also get ‘THR’ from investing in shares in issuers whose prices have increased. There are various sectors of issuers that are making money.
Quoting from RTI, Sunday (23/4/2023) from the selection of top gainers, there are at least five top issuers whose share prices have soared. The increase has reached 213.43% in the last month, so auto investors are getting richer.
PT MD Pictures Tbk, an Indonesian film production company, experienced a 213.43% increase in share price. The share price for the company with the code FILM is now Rp 2,100. He rose 1,430 points from the previous Rp 670 per share.
According to his calculations, investors who own FILM shares are receiving additional ‘THR’ from their investment. For example, one investor named M owns 100 lots of FILM shares at the moment. He bought it when the price was still Rp. 670/share, meaning that Rp. 6,700,000 was issued at that time.
With the current increase at the level of IDR 2,100/share, M’s cash has increased. The calculation is 100 lots multiplied by Rp. 2,100 / share with the note that 1 lot = 100 shares. M’s ownership becomes IDR 21,000,000. The profit reached 14,300,000.

MD Pictures is a production house founded on August 1, 2002 in Jakarta. In 2018, the Indonesian film production house listed itself on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and became the first film company to become a public company.
Currently the stock price with the FILM code has jumped 213.43% in a month or up 1,430 points from the previous price. Now the price per share of the company is at Rp 2,100.
FILM shares have changed hands as much as 562.7 million shares. The transaction value reached IDR 746.8 billion, with a transaction frequency of 135,200 times.
