Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) will distribute dividends for the 2021 fiscal year of US$ 205,955,966 equivalent to Rp 3.016 trillion or Rp 124.42 per share to the Government and Shareholders.
The dividend rate is equivalent 67.8% of PGN’s net profit in 2021. This was revealed in the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held by PT PGN Tbk as Pertamina Gas Subholding today, Friday (27/5/2022).
In addition to decisions related to dividends, this AGMS also ratified the Company’s Annual Financial Report for the 2021 Financial Year and the Financial Statements for the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) for the 2021 financial year.
In addition, the AGMS also approved the appointment of the Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja Public Accounting Firm (a Member Firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) for the 2022 audit and the amount of bonuses for the 2021 financial year and salaries/honorariums, allowances, facilities and other incentives for the year 2021. book 2022 for members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners.
For changes to the company’s management, Pertamina as the recipient of the power of attorney from Series A Dwiwarna did not propose changes to the management and the AGMS canceled the agenda for changing the management.
