Our client, a law firm located in downtown Montreal, is looking for their new paralegal to join their team.

- Schedule Monday to Friday 33.75 hours/week (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.);
- Working in hybrid mode (2 days teleworking);

Your future responsibilities as a paralegal:
- Draft various documents of a corporate and fiscal nature (constitutions, organizations, amendments to statutes, dissolutions, share transactions, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers, estate freezes, mergers, tax reorganizations);
- Carry out all other transactions, such as due diligence on purchases and sales of businesses;
- Maintain minute books for corporate clients;
- Assist lawyers in transactional files.
The skills and qualities sought in the paralegal:
- College diploma in legal technology or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Very good level of spelling and grammar;
- French/English bilingualism, both oral and written;
- Dynamism, courtesy, professionalism and resourcefulness;
- Responsiveness, thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Processing confidential information in a sensitive manner;
- Have strong organizational skills, autonomy and excellent customer service.
