The South Jakarta District Court stated that the situation around the house was not conducive. So they can not do the job as they should. There was a large crowd at the execution site, which threatened the safety of the bailiffs.
“We can say that in relation to the execution of the house on Jalan Sriwijaya 3 at 9 this morning according to the schedule for the determination of the execution, our officer, the bailiff, has approached the location of the object of execution,” said Djuyamto, public relations officer for the South Jakarta District Court, to reporters on Thursday. (3/8/2023).
“However, our officers, our bailiffs at the Southern Court, could not enter the location because the situation and conditions at the location of the object of execution were not possible or not conducive. In accordance with what was conveyed by our bailiff officers, we have not seen any security forces guarding the area. the location of the object of execution, while at the location of the execution there were a lot of people guarding the location of the object, meaning that the situation made it impossible for the execution process to be carried out,” explained Djuyamto.
