We are looking for you Munich from Attorney (m/f/d) in white collar criminal law, criminal tax law & compliance

Your actions

• You represent companies in preliminary proceedings to defend against company fines and confiscation orders
• You will defend company decision makers in investigations in all areas of criminal law and white collar administration
• You conduct internal audits to investigate compliance violations
• Your area of ​​responsibility will also include supporting our clients in introducing and developing CMS, ombudsman systems, internal management, training and legal opinions in relevant compliance areas
• You coordinate compliance projects by integrating a wide range of specialized disciplines
• You support our clients in pursuing claims for damages following compliance breaches
• You can expect direct contact with clients from the start and your own role in handling the mandate at an early stage

Your skills

• Ideally you have completed your exams with a grade (“fully satisfactory”) and would now like to proactively and creatively share your legal knowledge with us
• A doctorate in the field of white collar criminal law or compliance is a plus
• You will use your excellent English skills to communicate in an international client environment
• The ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and strategic thinking will round out your profile
