Leading hairstylist and founder STRUCTURE salon Monika Kalická recently told us about the most popular color of the summer season (low maintenance blond, i.e. blond that you don’t have to worry about). Today we close the old year together and welcome the new one. It will bring a wide and really interesting list of hair trends. It does not lack extravagant cuts, bold shades and, above all, natural styling.
“I wouldn’t do any of the trends next year so that they are perfectly aligned. Exactly opposite. I definitely recommend clients to loosen up and not be such perfectionists. The key to everything is to emphasize your natural hair structure,” says Monika Kalická for Refresher.
“I know that many of our clients have problems with their natural structure. But I would like to encourage them to learn to love their hair and do their best to make it look good. Personally, I don’t like to transform the client into someone he is not, on the contrary, I try to highlight his personality and give him self-confidence by bringing out his true self,” adds Moni.

“In my opinion, pixie haircuts are the biggest hit, which actually started already this year. These are short haircuts that are short at the back and slightly longer on the sides of the head. However, they also have short bangs,” says Moni Kalická. At the same time, he warns you that this cut is not for everyone.
