To promote our training offer and strengthen the influence of the OCTO Academy brand, we are looking for a profile with an appetite for digital marketing and communication.

Directly reporting to Jérôme, Communications and Marketing Manager of OCTO Academy, and in constant interaction with a human-sized team, you will strengthen your digital marketing skills in a strong and meaningful competitive sector.

Qualifications

Being in charge of marketing and digital communication at OCTO Academy means:

1- Develop the digital presence of OCTO Academy: by creating content intended to feed our various media (social networks and site), by carrying out interviews with our trainers and clients, by strengthening your community management skills to serve the growth of OCTO Academy social networks;

2- Participate in the organization of events: OCTO Academy afterworks, onboarding breakfasts for new trainers, HR meetups, customer and partner events at which OCTO Academy is present;

3- Animate communities : by broadcasting news to the community of OCTO Academy trainers via our corporate social network and our online learner communities.

4- Ensure regular reporting : by communicating on the results of your actions, by disseminating the lessons learned from your monitoring and by proposing areas for improvement to adapt our content strategy.
