The new Doodle Jump 2 is largely identical to its predecessor. You have to tilt the iPhone again to make the jumping figure higher, while avoiding broken platforms and monsters.
The new edition also lets you save for other levels with different obstacles. You do this by collecting stars in each level.
5,49 euro
The old Doodle Jump cost 80 cents in the App Store at the time. The new edition is free, but shows long video commercials after a few dies. These can be removed by paying a one-time fee of 5.49 euros.
The first game appeared in the App Store in 2009, making it one of the biggest smartphone hits at the time. The game topped the charts for months, even before Angry Birds began to dominate digital stores. In its first year, Doodle Jump was sold more than five million times.
