In Ukraine you can find inexpensive crossovers costing less than $20,000. Some models are very richly equipped for their money.
Crossovers have been the most popular class of cars on the Ukrainian market for many years now. Of course, among them there are many expensive models, but there are also plenty of budget cars for little money in this segment. Focus chose the cheapest crossovers in Ukraine.
Chery Tiggo 2/2 Pro – from 477,300 hryvnias ($13,050)

The compact 4.2-meter crossover Chery Tiggo 2 is the cheapest crossover in Ukraine. The initial model is equipped with a 1.5-liter 106-horsepower engine and a 5-speed manual transmission, and its equipment includes air conditioning. The car has a 420-liter trunk.

And for 558,700 hryvnia they offer the updated Chery Tiggo 2 Pro. It has a redesigned front end and a 9-inch touchscreen in the interior. Engine power increased to 109 hp. s., and the basic equipment has been expanded – there are parking sensors, cruise control and heated seats.
FAW X40 – from 574,900 hryvnias ($15,715)

The small 4.3-meter crossover FAW X40 is equipped with a 1.6-liter 109-horsepower engine and a classic 6-speed automatic transmission. For its price, the FAW X40 is very richly equipped – keyless entry, climate control, cruise control, camera and even a sunroof.
JAC JS2 – from 575,000 hryvnia ($15,719)

The JAC JS2 subcompact crossover is only 4.1 m in length, but has a 450-liter trunk. Under the hood is a 1.5-liter 105-horsepower engine. All JAC JS2 received air conditioning, parking sensors, camera and ESP.

Chery Tiggo 4 is slightly larger than its fellow Tiggo 2 (4.3 m in length) and received a 113-horsepower version of the 1.5-liter four. The basic package includes not only heated seats or air conditioning, but also keyless entry, a camera and a heated steering wheel.

Recently, the new Chery Tiggo 4Pro appeared on the Ukrainian market with a refreshed design and a digital dashboard. It costs from 658,600 hryvnia.

JAC JS3 – from 640,000 hryvnia ($17,500)

JAC JS3 is a 4.3-meter crossover with an original front design and a 600-liter trunk. The car is equipped with a 1.6-liter 107-horsepower four, and its basic equipment is wider than that of its younger brother JS2 – an all-round camera, a light sensor and climate control are added.
Opel Crossland – from 663,000 hryvnias ($18,125)

The 4.2-meter Opel is the brand’s most affordable crossover. Its initial version is equipped with a 1.2-liter 82-horsepower engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. The basic equipment includes dual-zone climate control, cruise control, heated steering wheel and seats, as well as multimedia with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Renault Duster – from 671,900 hryvnias ($18,370)

Renault Duster is one of the most popular new models on the Ukrainian market. The basic version is equipped with a 1.6-liter 115-horsepower engine, and its equipment includes LED headlights, ESP, air conditioning, cruise control, parking sensors and a light sensor. This is the only model on the list available with all-wheel drive.

The 4.4-meter JAC JS4 crossover features a futuristic front design, and its interior is equipped with a virtual instrument panel and touch buttons. The package even includes an electric driver’s seat. Under the hood is a 1.5-liter 136-horsepower turbo-four. By the way, this particular model is produced under the name “Moskvich 3”.

The MG ZS is a compact crossover measuring 4.3 m in length with a spacious interior and a large 448-liter trunk. The basic STD version received a 1.5-liter 114-horsepower engine, as well as ESP, LED headlights, air conditioning, leather steering wheel, camera, parking sensors and multimedia with a 10-inch touch screen and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. It is noteworthy that the model also has an electric version.
Nissan Juke – from 763,280 hryvnias ($20,870)

The second generation Nissan Juke has an expressive design and a 114-horsepower turbo engine. The basic crossover received LED headlights, air conditioning, cruise control, automatic braking and lane control systems.
