Astronomers in space have seen several buildings on Earth, even without using tools.
For the record, outer space itself refers to the Karman line, which is the boundary between the Earth’s atmosphere and space, located 100 kilometers above the Earth’s surface.

According to Katrina Bossert, a space physicist at Arizona State University, the Karman line is the approximate region in which a satellite can orbit the Earth without burning up or falling out of orbit before circling the Earth at least once.
The Wall of China, although one of the largest structures in the world, is not included in the list of structures visible from space. This was acknowledged by Chris Hadfield, former Commander of the International Space Station (ISS).

1.Palm Jumeirah Dubai
Palm Jumeirah is an artificial island in Dubai. These islands can be seen from the Karman line. Even the ISS station which is at an altitude of 400 km above sea level can also see it.
However, the astronauts on the ISS need the help of tools, they see it using an 800 mm lens.
2. The Dark Pyramid
Regarding the Pyramids of Giza, there are two opinions regarding their appearance from space. British astronaut Tim Peake said that the building was not visible, but the massive structure could be seen using an 800 mm lens.
