2. Climb peaks together with climbing buddies while bouldering

Im House of Healing The first thing that left us speechless was that the minimalist furnishings, the wide view and, above all, the view over the Spree are actually reason enough to want to come here every day. But we are here to do yoga. To be precise: Healthy Back Yoga. Because we desperately need that, given our average eight hours in front of the laptop every day.

The course is calm but intense. We activate muscle groups that we have long neglected in everyday life and in other training sessions, but fortunately we don’t start to ponder too quickly when we look at the water through the floor-to-ceiling glass facades, but rather we are fully in the moment.
As expected, we don’t want to leave after the course – the studio’s own café doesn’t make it any easier to say goodbye, you just enjoy spending time here too much.
