That is why Chile’s success at the international level in rugby is measured by selection. In fact, in 2015, when PWCC won the Primera Nacional and the Circuito de Sevens a Side Arusa, ‘Los Cóndores’ won the Sudamericano de Rugby A. This is the only time they have won it.
