Individual investors are highly interested in stocks that can be invested with small amounts of capital. Two major online securities companies, SBI Securities and Rakuten Securities, have announced that they are waiving stock trading fees, making it possible for investors to buy and sell stocks without worrying about fees. Stocks with low minimum investment amounts (stock price x trading unit) have the advantage of being able to purchase more shares than stocks with high stock prices even with the same budget, as well as being able to diversify the timing of purchases and sales. However, it should be noted that there are many companies whose performance continues to be poor.
Among the companies listed on the TSE Standard, 802 stocks can be purchased with a minimum investment amount of 100,000 yen or less. This time, we focused on stocks whose latest earnings forecast shows that their ordinary income is expected to increase for two or more consecutive years, and whose PBR (Price-to-Book Ratio), which is the standard for identifying undervalued stocks, is less than 1x.
The table below targets stocks listed on TSE Standard that (1) have a minimum investment amount of 100,000 yen or less, (2) have a market capitalization of 10 billion yen or more, and (3) are expected to increase their ordinary income for two or more consecutive years. (4) We have selected 26 companies that are highly attractive for investment under the condition that their PBR is less than 1x, and listed them in order of lowest minimum investment amount.
