Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – HP’s worldwide business plunged 13.3% in Q1 2023 year-over-year (YoY) basis. The report by research firm Canalys showed that there was an increase in the premium (flagship) HP segment by 4.7% YoY.
During the first 3 months of 2023, flagship HP worldwide contributed to 31% of total mobile phone sales. Those included in this category are cellphones with a selling price of US$ 500 (Rp 7.5 million) and above.
Canalys also spit out the ‘Top 15’ best-selling flagship HP in the world. Apple occupies the top 4 positions, with the iPhone 14 Pro Max being the ‘king’.
In 2nd place is the iPhone 14 Pro, followed by the iPhone 14 in 3rd place and the iPhone 13 in 4th place, quoted by CNBC Indonesia, Wednesday (31/5/2023).
The new Android flagship cellphone appears in the 5th position as the best-selling expensive cellphone. None other than occupying it is the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Meanwhile, HP China just appeared in the lower position. Each of them is Xiaomi 13 in 13th place and Huawei Mate 50 in 14th. Here’s the complete sequence.
