If I come across an interesting car, I usually take a photo of it to like-minded friends. I’ve come across quite a lot lately and that’s why I want to share it with you.
Taking photos of cars on the street, i.e. car spotting, was quite popular in our country years ago. But most spotters stopped doing it around the time they got their citizenship. I didn’t manage to grow up and spent the last months taking pictures of other people’s cars. Their price does not matter, a diverse spectrum of zooms can impress.
It’s always nice to see anything from Lotus, Lotus Emira I personally saw it for the first time. Built on a new lightweight aluminum chassis, the Emira is apparently the last pure petrol Lotus, so future-proof value.

What would streetspots be without a bucking horse? Ferrari F8 Tributo it uses the same engine as the 488 Pista model, i.e. a twin-turbocharged eight-cylinder with a volume of 3.9 ls with a maximum power of 720 hp, placed nicely high up to 8000 revolutions per minute.

However, I had a bigger holiday than from Ferrari in the name of the legend Ford GT, respectively the first reincarnation of the original GT40. It rolled off the production line back in 2004, but in my opinion it is still the best and most beautiful American car. To meet him on the street is really rare, only 4038 units were produced and most remained in America.

When he appears on Wenceslas Square Toyota Supra MK4, it’s like a famous celebrity is walking this way. This time I was far from the only one taking pictures. Seeing this particular one made me happy, because I remember it from the legendary tuning meetings of the Mimonská war around 2006, where it was said to have a power of around 700 horses. I’m glad she and the Volk Racing GT-7 wheels are still intact. She was accompanied by a new, blue Supra.
Volvo S80 V8 it is not the only car of the brand in this gallery, but it is the most powerful. If it weren’t for the V8 badge on the front fascia, I wouldn’t even notice that I’m driving past something that has a sophisticated eight-cylinder engine from Yamaha under the hood, with a divine sound and a taste for revs. The perfect sleeper.

Not only the GT, I also photographed other Fords. The little Ka has almost disappeared from our roads, let alone its sports version Ford SporKa. You don’t have to win the lottery to buy, but it will be a lot of fun around town. The power of 51 kW does not sound dazzling, but its expression is peppery and the interior has the old spirit of sporty European Fords.

And here someone loves Ford Scorpio first generation, because there are two in one place. The one up front is a top-spec Ghia, and the AMG wheels that fit it are actually quite similar to the original ones on the other Scorpio. A beautiful memory of the time when Ford tried it on German sedans.

The French are represented by several catches in my selection. Elegant Citroen CX, C6 even tiny ones AX combines a comfortable and rocking ride (even if the AX does not have a hydraulic chassis). For me, the C6 sedan is still the pinnacle of French cars, after all, back in 2020, the French ambassador to Poland had to lend it to President Macron when his armored Renault Espace failed there. It is canary yellow from another cask Citroën C2 VTR. It was dilapidated for a long time not far from my place of residence, but finally the owner moved it, thank you.

Peugeot 205 GTI, this is a meeting with a legend among hot hatches, now highly valued. It Peugeot 309 XLD you probably wouldn’t sell it for much, yet it is a rarity with its three-door body. With its diesel engine, old county badge and period “gas station” accessories, it must be a time machine ride into the past.

Quite an ordinary Jeep Grand Cherokee, but interesting ones blue license plates – yellow font on a blue background. They were intended for foreigners and diplomats and were issued until 2001. (The numbers on the serial number have been modified)

You can find other interesting carriages in the gallery…
