Many people are therefore starting to organize their daily lives using a single device and to group information in one place. To meet the needs of its customers, toom is now expanding its digital service with weekly offers that can be viewed comfortably and easily via WhatsApp. “With the expansion of our digital services such as ‘Click & Collect’ or the launch of the toom app, we have already taken important steps in the past to meet our customers in their digital world. We are therefore delighted to be able to offer our WhatsApp service. to go one step further and to offer our customers further added value, “says Stefanie Holl, Head of Cross Channel at toom. And that’s how it works: customers can use various contact options to start a WhatsApp chat directly with toom. Customers can use their postcode to select the nearest point of sale and then receive the current brochure with the corresponding offers. A free weekly subscription is also possible: just click on “START” to be stocked with the current market offers every Saturday at 10.00. With the word “STOP” the subscription can be easily canceled at any time. This service has been implemented through the official trading partner of Meta 360dialog.
