Change spontaneously – is that even possible?
If you want to change your car insurance before the end of this year, you must of course adhere to the contractual regulations. Unless an exception has been made, however, it is universally dated to the end of each calendar year – i.e. December 31st. At the same time, however, you will be granted the right to terminate your contract on the basis of the special right of termination. In addition, your insurance company is allowed to change the scope of the no-claims class if this does not significantly increase the insurance premium.
